From February 12, 2009, bonds KZPC1Y05C053 (aKASTb1) and KZPC2Y05C051 (aKASTb2) of KAZEXPORTASTYK Holding (Kazakhstan) are excluded from STF RFCA official list

/KASE, February 12, 09/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of February 11, 2009, from the Special Trading Floor of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty (STF RFCA) official list from February 12, 2009 are excluded the following bonds of KAZEXPORTASTYK Holding (Astana): - KZPC1Y05C053 (aKASTb1; KZT1,000; KZT4.0 bn.; May 14, 06 - May 14, 11; the semi-annual coupon indexed on the inflation rate, 11.0 % г APR for the current period; 30/360); - KZPC2Y05C051 (aKASTb2; KZT1,000; KZT6.0 bn.; June 28, 06 - June 28, 11; the semi-annual coupon indexed on the inflation rate, 11.0 % г APR for the current period; 30/360). The STF RFCA Listing Commission conclusion of February 5, 2009 emphasized that by the KASE Council decision, Kazkommerts RFCA (Subsidiary of Kazkommertsbank) (Almaty), which was the market-maker on STF RFCA on mentioned bonds, from December 26, 2008 was excluded from KASE category "A" membership based on its application. Other KASE members did not submit applications on assigning them the market-maker status on mentioned bonds. Except non-fulfillment of requirements for the market-maker existence on mentioned bonds, established by sub-item 9) of item 11 of order # 04.2-09/119 of Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation of Activities of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty "On Establishment of Requirements to Issuers, whose Securities are intended for Inclusion or Included into the Official List of the Special Trading Floor of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty, and for such Securities" of May 8, 2008, all other requirements are observed by KAZEXPORTASTYK Holding in the full volume. Based on the above mentioned the mentioned bonds were delisted. The mentioned bonds were included into STF RFCA category "C" official list from December 27, 2007, from July 1, 2008 were transferred to STF RFCA official list first subcategory of "Non-rated Debt Securities".
