/IRBIS, Raushan Tundybayeva, January 26, 09/ - The Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan ended the period of January 19 - 23, 2009 on the primary GS market with the following results. At KZT38.5 m. servicing volume, the issuer held one auction on placement of its bonds: government short-term treasury obligations MEKKAM-12 No. 97 (NIN - KZK1KY010976) for the amount of KZT231.0 m. on January 23. Thus, the weekly net borrowing balance of the Ministry of Finance on the domestic market resulted in the amount of plus KZT192.5 m. [2009-01-26]
