/IRBIS, Ekaterina Tatarova, January 16, 09/ - Insurance company AMANAT INSURANCE JSC (Almaty, further - the company), common shares of which are traded in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with the protocol of extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders, dated December 5, 2008. According to the provided document, company's shareholders made the following decisions: - to approve the company's charter in new edition; - to exclude B. Kadyrbekov and D. Elzhasova from the company's Board of directors composition by their own initiative beginning December 9, 2008; - to include D. Idrisov and G. Pazylkhairova in the company's Board of directors composition; - to approve BDO Kazakhstanaudit LLP as an audit organization to audit financial statement of the company for 2008; [2009-01-16]
