Shareholders of Sumbe JSC (Kazakhstan) decide to increase company's authorized capital up to KZT1,382 bn.

/IRBIS, Ekaterina Tatarova, January 9, 09/ - Sumbe JSC (Almaty), shares
of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list by the
third category, had provided KASE with a copy of protocol of extra general
shareholders' meeting dated December 15, 2008.
According to the provided document, the shareholders of the company made
the following decisions:
- to increase the company's authorized capital up to
KZT1 382 000 000.00 by means of increasing the amount of authorized
stock by 1 200 000 000 items at the face value KZT1 000.00 per share;
- to include changes into Sumbe JSC shares issue prospectus;
- to authorize A. Seidin, the President of Sumbe JSC for providing
documents to the authorized body of the Agency of Republic of
Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and
Financial Organizations.
