/KASE, January 5, 09/ - Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) determined leaders
of exchange corporate bonds purchase and sale market in
Kazakhstan for December and 2008.
Below are the "top-10" category "P" KASE members (headquarters of all
companies are located in Almaty). In total in conclusion of deals in corporate
bonds purchasing-selling, excluding the National Bank, in December 2008
participated 47 companies. The stake of "top-10" comprised 45.0 % of the
Exchange corporate bonds secondary market turnover.

Securities (Subsidiary of Kazkommertsbank), having replaced Tengry Finance
(the ninth in November).

sector for 2008. 63 companies, excluding the National Bank, concluded deals in
this period. The stake of the "top-10" constituted for 61.5 %
of the exchange corporate bonds secondary market turnover.

operators have been ranked in the table in compliance with the KASE internal
document "Methodology of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange Members Activity Indicators
Calculation" (Methodology), effective from January 1, 2008.
