/KASE, December 31, 08/ - As informed earlier, the Exchange Council of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on December 25, 2008 decided to include
bonds KZ2C0Y05D281 (KZT1; KZT1.7 bn.; 31.12.08 - 31.12.13, semiannual
coupon 11.0 % APR, 30/360) of LOGYCOM (Almaty) in the KASE official list on
the first subcategory of the Non-rated debt securities category.
The Exchange Council decision is effective December 31, 2008.
Opening of trades in the bonds on KASE shall be announced in an additional
note.
The bond register is maintained by Registratorskaya Systema Tsennykh Bumag
(Almaty).
Seven Rivers Capital (Almaty) is a financial consultant of LOGYCOM.
The KASE Board on December 26, 2008 assigned the bonds with a contracted
symbol (trade code) LOGCb2.
