Changes in Board of Development Bank of Kazakhstan

/KASE, December 11, 08/ - Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Astana, further - the bank), securities of which are traded in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), notified KASE in an official letter that on November 28, 2008 the Board of Directors of the Bank made the following decisions: - to appoint N. Varenko as First Vice-president of the bank beginning December 1, 2008; - to release S. Rakhimov from the position of the Vice-president of the bank of beginning December 9, 2008; - to appoint N.
