/KASE, December 1, 08/ - Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) determined top
operators of the exchange corporate bond purchase and sale market in
Kazakhstan in November 2008.
Below are the ten most active KASE category "P" members (all headquartered in
Almaty, unless specified otherwise). Totally, except for the National Bank, 46
companies participated in deals conclusion in November 2008. The stake of
the "top-10" constituted for 45.0 % of the exchange secondary corporate bond
market.

The "top-10" newcomer relative to October 2008 became BCC Invest -
Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit, having driven out Halyk Finance (the tenth in
October).

of 2008. Except for the National Bank, 62 companies participated in deals
conclusion. The "top-10" stake constituted for 64.0 % of the exchange
secondary corporate bond market.
