/KASE, November 28, 08/ - By the decision of the Expert Council of the special
trading floor of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty (STF RFCA) of November
27, 2008 bonds KZP01Y10D121 (KZT1 000, KZT11.0 bn.; 04.08.08 - 04.08.18,
semiannual coupon indexed on inflation rate 17.00 % APR as for th current
coupon period; 30/360) of Atameken-Agro (Kokshetau) were included in the
official list of STF RFCA by the second sub-category of category "Non-rated debt
securities" under code aKATRb2.
The decision is effective since November 28, 2008.
Trades in the bonds on STF RFCA will be announced additionally.
The indicated bonds is the first issue within the first bond program of Atameken-
Agro JSC, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation
and Supervision of Financial market and Financial Organizations of August 4,
2007 for the total of KZT20.0 bn.
