/KASE, November 25, 08/ - Agricultural credit corporation (Astana),
bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official
list, provided to KASE the copy of notice of the Agency of the Republic of
Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and
Financial Organizations (AFS) of October 20, 2008.
According to the provided document AFS approved the report on placement
results of bonds KZ2C0Y05C515 (KASE official list, the first subcategory of
"Non-rated Debt Securities" category, AGKKb1; KZT1,000, 3.0 bn.; August
10, 07 - August 10, 12, the semi-annual coupon indexed on the inflation
rate, 9.00 % APR for the reporting period) of Agricultural credit corporation.
According to AFS notice as of August 10, 2008, 658,994 bonds of this issue
were not placed.
