/KASE, November 14, 08/ - Almaty distillery plant (Almaty) sent to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) the official letter of November 14, 2008 # 1917, where informs on the delay of payment of the third coupon interest to holders of its bonds KZ2C0Y05C523 (KASE official list, the second subcategory of "Non-rated Debt Securities" category, ALVZb1, KZT1,000; KZT2.0 bn.; May 4, 07 - May 4, 12; the semi-annual coupon indexed on the inflation rate, 13.00 % APR for the reporting period; 30/360). In its letter Almaty distillery plant indicates that at present it experiences problems related to the sale of products due to the sharp decrease of the consumer demand. In addition, the plant refers to non-fulfillment by debtors of obligations on money repayment for the delivered products. The letter says that Almaty distillery plant intends to pay the coupon interest to holders of its bonds before December 31 of the current year.
