Kazakhtelecom (Kazakhstan) opened Internet Data Center and the Show Room in Astana

/KASE, November 10, 08/ - Kazakhtelecom (Astana), shares of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) first category official list, provided to KASE the press release where informs that on November 6, 2008 in Astana the company opened Internet Data Center and the Show Room with participation of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Karim Massimov. This project is being implemented by the company within implementation of the task of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on domestic Internet-services market project. At the first phase of the project implementation, besides Astana, the similar center will be opened this year in Almaty. At the project second phase, during 2009-2010 such centers will be opened in all regional centers of the country, at the third phase - in large cities. The Show Room is the unique project among telecommunication operators of CIS countries, aimed at the increase of awareness of the population on new technologies and services provided by the national communications operator Kazakhtelecom. In this Room each visitor can free of charge test in the real time mode the existing and planned services of the company as well as receive the detailed information and consultations of experts.
