/KASE, November 4, 08/ - Subsidiary of joint stock company BTA Bank BTA Securities (Almaty), the financial consultant of BTA Bank (Almaty), informed Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) by the official letter that on its subordinated bonds KZ2CKY10B158 (KASE official list, the first subcategory of category "Debt Securities without the Rating", BTASb4; KZT10,000, KZT14.0 bn.; June 10, 04 - June 10, 14, the semi-annual coupon indexed on the inflation rate) of BTA Bank for the period from December10, 2008 to June 11, 2009 was set the coupon interest rate in the size of 12.00 % APR. According to the message the bank's Board decided to set the interest rate at the upper limit, stipulated by the mentioned bonds issue prospectus based on the issue terms and the letter of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Statistics.
