KASE repo transactions volume decreases 8.7 %, making KZT19,804.0 bn. ($164.6 bn.) in 10 months of 2008

/IRBIS, Valeriy Khegay, November 4, 08/ - In initial 10 months of 2008 the volume of the repo transactions concluded on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) totaled KZT19,804.0 bn. ($164,637.7 m.) and decreased by 8.7 % (6.8 % in dollar terms) compared to the corresponding period last year. In 2007 the volume of corresponding transactions on KASE made up KZT25,700.6 bn.
