/IRBIS, Vitaliy Tomskiy, November 3, 08/ - According to IRBIS, the National Bank of Kazakhstan ended the period of October 28 - 31, 2008 on the primary GS market with the following results. Having paid notes at KZT76,608.7 m., the issuer borrowed KZT60,074.0 m. at one auction. Thus, the weekly net borrowing balance of the National Bank, resulted in minus KZT16,534.7 m. IRBIS estimates the weekly net borrowing balance of all GS issuers at plus KZT2,292.0 m. The "minus" sign in the balance indicator means the indicated sum was withdrawn from the issuer (issuers) budget and remained at investors, the "plus" sign - for the indicated sum means the issuer (issuers) borrowed more than paid.
