KASE Exchange Council obliges Transstroymost (Kazakhstan) to provide audit report on financial statements for 2007 before November 10, 2008

/KASE, October 31, 08/ - The session of the Exchange Council of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) was held on October 31, 2008. The agenda included consideration of sanctions on Transstroymost (Kapshagay) that failed to provide the audit report on financial statements of the company for 2007 and report for 2007 including preliminary (non-audited) consolidated annual financial statements in the terms specified by the listing agreement therewith violating the KASE requirements on information disclosure. The Exchange Council made the following decisions in regard of Transstroymost: - to provide a requested additional term for presentation of the information required by KASE before November 10, 2008; - to present a claim for payment of fees specified by the Listing Rules for violation of the information provision terms.
