/KASE, October 29, 08/ - Danabank (Almaty, the bank), securities of which are traded in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE in an official letter that the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders will be held December 3, 2008 with the agenda as follows: - early termination of authorities of active members of the Board of Directors of the bank; - determination of quantitative composition, term of office of the Board of Directors, election of its members, and determination of the size and terms of payment of remuneration to members of the Board of Directors of the bank; - approval of the charter of the bank in a new edition.
