Sole shareholder of KazAgroFinance JSC (Kazakhstan) confirms financial statement of company for 2007 and procedure of net income distribution

/IRBIS, Ekaterina Tatarova, October 21, 08/ - KazAgroFinance JSC (Astana) bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, the first sub-category of category "Non-rated debt securities", provided KASE with the extract from decision of the sole shareholder of the company - the National Holding KazAgro (Astana), dated August 25, 2008. According to the provided document the sole shareholder of KazAgroFinance JSC made the following decisions: - to confirm the annual financial statement of the company for 2007; - to confirm the following procedure of the company's net income distribution for 2007 in the amount of KZT546,120,000: - to allocate 50 % of net income in the amount KZT273,060,000 for dividend payment; - to allocate 50 % of net income in the amount KZT273,060,000 for the development of financial and technological base of the company; - to make a single payment of dividends in amount of KZT273,060,000 within 10 working days; - to confirm the amount of dividend KZT9.47 per one common share of the company, according to the approved sum of dividends for 28,825,591 common shares; [2008-10-21]
