/KASE, October 16, 08/ - by the decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Council of October 9, 2008, into KASE official list of category "Rated debt securities" were included the following international bonds of TuranAlem Finance B.V. (Rotterdam), issued within the bond program against 100% guarantee of BTA Bank (Almaty): - US89989EAF43 ($350.0 m.; February 10, 05 - February 10, 15, the semi- annual coupon 8.50 % APR, 30/360) under code BTASe5; - XS0251881289 ($250.0 m.; April 25, 06 - April 25, 13, the semi-annual coupon 7.75 % APR, 30/360) under code BTASe6 The day of putting into effect of the mentioned Exchange Council decision will be announced additionally upon payment by the issuer of the listing fee on these securities. Opening of trades in bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally.
