AFS changes certificate on state registration of issue of shares of BTA Bank (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, October 15, 08/ - BTA Bank (Almaty), securities of which are traded in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a copy of the certificate of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) on state registration of issue of authorized stock of the bank of June 9, 2008. According to the certificate AFS divided the issue into 8,370,625 common shares KZ1C34920013 and 100,000 preferred shares KZ1P34920119 convertible into common shares. The issue has been entered into the State securities register with number А3492. According to AFS as on May 19, 2008 8,370,625 common shares were offered, 100,000 preferred shares of BTA Bank were not offered. The charter capital was formed in the amount of KZT304,503,430,350.00.
