/KASE, October 10, 08/ - Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Council on its meeting on October 9, 2008, considered the issue on sanctions in relation to listed companies, which violated KASE requirements on information provision period and made the following decisions: - send warning letters on imposing of penalties in case of repetitive violation: VITA JSC for submission of the auditors' report of financial statements for 2007 with violation of established by the decision of KASE Council term, dated July 31, 2008; - provide to Iliyskiy Pasteboard-Paper Combine JSC, Kazakh distribution company JSC, ORDABASY Corporation JSC, Ornek XXI JSC, ROSA JSC, Airport Sary-Arka JSC, Transstroimost JSC, Kazakhstan Petrochemical Industries JSC, Oilan Ltd. LLP, SAT & Company JSC, SKY SILK JSC requested additional time for provision of required by KASE information charging to them penalties, stipulated by Listing Rules for violation of information provision time frames.
