/KASE, October 9, 08/ - Open Accumulative Pension Fund Otan (Subsidiary of ATFBank) (Almaty), a member of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) in "K" and "P" categories, informed KASE in an official letter that on October 2, 2008 the Board of Directors made a decision on early termination of authorities of Chairman of the company Askar Boyaubaev. The decision of the Board of Directors says Nelchay Satova first deputy of the Chairman of the Management Board was appointed the acting Chairman of the Management Board with term of office beginning October 2, 2008.
