BTA Securities (Kazakhstan) launches new products on collective investment market

/KASE, October 9, 08/ - Subsidiary of BTA Bank - BTA Securities (Almaty, in the heading - BTA Securities) provided Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) with the press release informing on re-registration and change of name of closed unit investment fund on venture investment (ZPIFRI) BTA Capital into interval unit investment fund (IPIF) "Bonusniy", and ZPIFRI "Nadezhniy" - for IPIF "Bond Fund". IPIF Bonusniy strategy will implement allocation of assets into money market instruments (repo, short-term government and corporate bonds). Additionally, loyal stockholders of the fund may receive additional units to the sum of primary investment as bonuses from the management company. According to the message IPIF Bond Fund strategy is to invest assets solely into fixed yield instruments, with little share of assets to invest into money market. The stockholders of the fund may as well be granted an opportunity to receive insurance policy at the expense of the management company. Fund management strategies were adopted May 1, 2008. Fund units will be allocated among wide range of investors beginning October 15, 2008. Minimum investment sum - KZT300,000.00. IPIF Bonusniy may be exited once a month and IPIF Bond Fund may be exited once in a quarter.
