Statistics Agency: Industrial manufacturers' prices decrease 7.6 % in September 2008

Prices and tariffs on energy resources decreased for the month 10.6 %, gas condensate - 15.4 %, oil - 11.3 %, natural gas - 0.5 %, increasing for electric energy - 4.2 %, oil products - 0.9 %, coal - 0.5 %. In metallurgical industry over last month, prices fell on unprocessed zinc - 10.4 %, precious metals - 10.1 %, raw aluminum - 9.5 %, copper - 9.4 %, ferroalloys - 1.3 % due to their reduction in price on foreign markets. Foodstuffs, made in the republic, for the last month vegetable oil fell - 3.6 %, wheat flour - 1.2 %, cereals - 0.2 %, sugar - 0.1 %, meat products grew 2.2 %, confectionary - 0.9 %, milk products - 0.8 %, tea - 0.7%. Index of enterprisers-manufactures shows the dynamics of prices of industrial products, produced by Republican enterprisers. When building the index the scheme of weighting, formed on the basis of data on prices of products, produced by industrial enterprisers of the republic in acting prices for a certain year is used.
