Shareholders of BANK CASPIAN JSC (Kazakhstan) decided to change the bank's name and adopted new editions of bank's internal documents

/IRBIS, Raushan Tundybayeva, October 2, 08/ - BANK CASPIAN JSC (Almaty), securities of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange's (KASE) official list, provided KASE with the copy of protocol of extra general meeting of the its shareholders, dated September 26, 2008. According to provided document bank's shareholders made the following decisions: - "To rename BANK CASPIAN JSC in Kaspi Bank JSC. - To approve the following internal documents of the bank in new edition: - the charter of Kaspi Bank JSC; - corporate governance code of Kaspi Bank JSC; - rules of offered shares redemption and the method of shares` value determination while their redemption by Kaspi Bank JSC; - regulation on the Board of directors of Kaspi Bank JSC; - regulation on the calculating committee of Kaspi Bank JSC; - regulation on the reserve capital of Kaspi Bank JSC; - regulation on the procedure of providing bank's activity data to shareholders of Kaspi Bank JSC.
