/IRBIS, Raushan Tundybayeva, September 29, 08/ - According to IRBIS, the National Bank of Kazakhstan ended the period of September 22 - 26, 2008 on the primary GS market with the following results. Having paid notes at KZT106,858.9 m., the issuer borrowed KZT79,241.6 m. at one auction. Thus, the weekly net borrowing balance of the National Bank, resulted in minus KZT27,617.2 m. IRBIS estimates the weekly net borrowing balance of all GS issuers at minus KZT13,961.1 m. The "minus" sign in the balance indicator means the indicated sum was withdrawn from the issuer (issuers) budget and remained at investors, the "plus" sign - for the indicated sum means the issuer (issuers) borrowed more than paid.
