Nearest oil futures prices surge by 2.10 % - 2.17 % on major world trading floors

/IRBIS, Dinara Mukasheva, September 26, 08/ - By the results of trades of September 25 this year: - on NYMEX (New York) the price of Light Sweet Crude Oil mixture with delivery in November 2008 increased by 2.17 % to $108.02 per barrel; - on ICE (London) price of November Brent Forties Oseburg futures grew by 2.10 % to $104.60 per barrel Oil quotations growth was supported by announcement that the USA Congress will likely adopt the financial sector support plan, suggested by the White House. On the other hand, there was an announcement of the USA Ministry of Energy that oil reserves in the country reduced by 1.5 m. barrels on last week and petrol reserves - by 58.9 m. barrels to the minimum not seen since 1967.
