Shareholders of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Kazakhstan) elect new staff of Board of directors and decide to increase the amount of announced common shares by 119 683 305 units

/IRBIS, Ekaterina Tatarova, September 19, 08/ - Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty, further - the bank), the listing company of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with copy of protocol of extraordinary general shareholders` meeting, dated August 27, 2008. According to provided document shareholders of the bank made the following decisions: - to increase the amount of announced shares of the bank to 300 000 000 units by means of supplementary issue of 119 683 305 shares; - prematurely terminate the authorities of members of Board of directors of the bank; - to elect 6 members of the new staff of bank's Board of directors with the term - till the date of annual general shareholders` meeting in 2012 in the following staff: B.
