Board of directors of EL-DOS JSC (Kazakhstan) decided to purchase majority interest of El-Dos Cargo LLP

According to the provided document, the Board of directors made the following decisions: - to purchase majority interest of El-Dos Cargo LLP at the only originator of the partnership - M.T. Daulenbaev; - to provide financial director A.S. Daulenbaeva with authority to sign agreement of purchase and sale the stake of El-Dos Cargo LLP; - to direct written notification on redemption of majority interest of El-Dos Cargo LLP to shareholders of El-Dos JSC.
