/KASE, September 17, 08/ - BTA Bank (Almaty), securities of which are traded in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with the press release: Quotation start Anuar Ayzhulov was elected as the Chairman of the Boards of Directors of Subsidiary Insurance Companies of BTA Bank - BTA Zhizn and BTA Zabota by decisions of the Boards of Directors of the companies. Besides these companies Anuar Ayzhulov beginning July 18, 2008 is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Subsidiary of Bank TuranAlem - BTA Insurance. Speaking to staff of insurance companies Mr. Ayzhulov announced that as a Head of Directors he aims to see BTA Bank insurance companies leading in their respective segments in nearest three years. "Insurance companies, members of the largest national bank can not be satisfied with any nut top position. We are obliged thereto by the BTA Bank brand and accrued professional experience of the companies". Anuar Ayzhulov was born 1972. In 1995 he graduated from the Moscow State Technical University named after N. Bauman and in 2005 he got an Executive MBA degree in the Great Britain. After graduation and until 1998 he worked in private business, beginning 1998 through 2001 he worked in state service. Beginning 2002 through 2005 he was the head of Investment Company in London. Beginning 2005 Anuar Ayzhulov was the head of the BTA Bank representation office in the Ukraine. Since 2006 he was a member of the Monitoring Council of the largest Ukrainian insurance company Oranta, life insurance company Oranta-Zhizn" and beginning 2007 - a member of the Monitoring Council of BTA Bank (Ukraine).
