Botabaev D.M. was selected as member of Board of directors of Kazinvestbank JSC (Kazakhstan)

/IRBIS, Natalya Vaguina, September 17, 08/ - Kazinvestbank JSC (Almaty, further - the bank), securities of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange's (KASE) official list had provided KASE with copy of protocol of extraordinary general shareholders` meeting, dated July 30, 2008. According to provided document, bank's shareholders accepted the following decisions: - to select Botabaev D.M. as an independent director of bank's Board of directors; - to approve creating of reserve capital on banking risks in amount of 2.0 % from loan portfolio of the bank in compliance with requirements of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) in full amount of accumulated income of previous years and provide the Chairman of bank's Board with the right for taking decisions on forming reserve within established limits.
