Eurasian Bank (Kazakhstan) decides on placement of bonds KZP03Y07C612 (EUBNb6) within unlimited investor circle

/KASE, September 16, 08/ - Eurasian Bank (Almaty), bonds of which are traded in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of the first sub- category of category "Non-Rated Debt Securities", informed KASE in an official letter that the Bank Directors decided to place among unlimited circle of investors bonds KZP03Y07C612 (EUBNb6; KZT100; KZT5.0 bn.; 29.08.08 - 29.08.15, semiannual coupon 11.00 % APR, 30/360). The issue is the third within of the first bond program of Eurasian Bank, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of June 29, 2007 for the total KZT30.0 bn., and correspondingly the sixth issue of internal bonds of the bank, which had advanced through listing procedures on KASE.
