/KASE, September 12, 08/ - AMF Group (Aktobe), shares and bonds of which are traded in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a copy of the notification of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) on approval of the report on results of offering of shares of the company of August 25, 2008. The issue of shares of AMF Group has been divided into 49,983,000 common shares KZ1C02890016 and 16,200 preferred shares KZ1P02890112. The issue has been entered into the State Registrar of securities at number А0289. According to the notification of AFS as on January 1, 2008 48,043,800 common shares and 16,200 preferred shares.
