/KASE, September 12, 08/ - AMF Group (Aktobe, further - the Company)
provided Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) a copy of the certificate of the
Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of
Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) on state registration of the
issue of declared shares of the company of August 22, 2008.
According to the provided certificate of AFS the issue of shares of the company
has been divided into 49,983,800 common shares KZ1C02890016 and 16,200
preferred shares KZ1P02890112. The issue has been entered into the State
Registrar of the securities with number А0289.
The certificate has been substituted due to change of the company name.
