Industrial manufacturers' prices index made 100 % in August 2008

Prices and tariffs on energy resources decreased in a month by 2.2 %, on oil - by 3.3 %, due to its reduction in price on foreign markets. Natural gas for this period grew by 8.2 %, oil products - by 4.6 %, electric energy - by 3.8 %, coal - by 0.6 %. In metallurgical industry over last month, the increase of prices was noted for ferroalloys - by 14.1 %, raw aluminum - by 7.5 %, precious metals - by 2.7 %, copper - 2.7 % and their decrease for lead - by 2.4 %. Foodstuffs, made in the republic, grew for the last month by 0.7 %, poultry meat - by 6.2 %, milk products - by 3.3 %, cereals - 1.6 %, sugar - 0.7 % and confectionery - by 0.3 %, prices of vegetable oil had fallen by 3.4 %, tea - by 0.3 %, wheat flour - 0.1 %. Index of enterprisers-manufactures shows the dynamics of prices of industrial products, produced by Republican enterprisers. When building the index the scheme of weighting, formed on the basis of data on prices of products, produced by industrial enterprisers of the republic in acting prices for a certain year is used.
