/KASE, September 8, 08/ - Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank (SB Alfa-Bank, Almaty), bonds of which are traded in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of the first sub-category of category "Non-Rated debt Securities", notified KASE in an official letter that the Commission for Concordance of Candidates for positions of managers of financial organizations of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) agreed candidates of: - A. Konopsevich - as the Chairman of the Board of SB Alfa-Bank; - E. Kim - as a Deputy Chairman of the Board of SB Alfa-Bank; - A. Artyshko - as a Director of SB Alfa-Bank. [2008-09-08]
