/INTERFAX-KAZAKHSTAN, Astana, August 26, 08/ - Drafts of Budget and Tax Codes and draft law "On Republican budget for 2009 - 2011" were discussed and approved on Kazakhstan government session, press service of Prime-Minister informs. The Government session, dedicated to discussion of mentioned documents and accompanied draft laws, forecasts of socioeconomic development for 2009 - 2013, was held on Tuesday. "The main idea of Budget Code project is reorientation of state bodies` activity, for certain results, beginning from planning and finishing with processes of financial supervision" - Bahyt Sultanov, the Minister of Economy and Budget Planning noted, which word are given in the press release. "The project of new Tax Code provides realization of law of direct effect, decreasing of demand from non primary sector with simultaneous increasing of effective output in production sector and creating conditions, contributing to modernization and diversification of economy: - he stressed. Sultanov, "while making the forecast of socioeconomic development and budget parameters, the results of development for initial 6 months of 2008 and conservative forecasts of experts on oil and metal prices were taken into account". As informed, the Prime-Minister announced at the beginning of August that three-year republican budget for 2009 -2011 will be imposed, considering the forecast decreasing of major export commodities (oil and main metals). The President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbaev, appearing with annual message to people in February, ordered government to develop new Budget and Tax Codes in the current year, which will be effective since January 1, 2009.
