/KASE, August 25, 08/ - Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Astana) securitites of which are traded in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of category "A" provided KASE with the press release as follows: Quotation start On August 26 Development Bank of Kazakhstan a Chairman of Interbank Union is holding the fourth session of Shanghai Cooperation Organization Interbank Union in the city of Khudjand (Republic of Tadjikistan). The session of SCOIU will be held within the frames of the eighth session of the Council of Leaders of States-Members of Shanghai Cooperation Organization. The session of SCOIU will be devoted to discussion of issues of use of the national security markets of states-members of SCO for funding of investment projects of SCO, establishment of guarantee devices and insurance of investment within SCOIU, and issues of cooperation with the Business Council of SCO. "The Memorandum on Bases of Cooperation Relations between SCOIU and Eurasian Bank of Development" is pending to be signed. The agreement on interbank cooperation between authorized banks of the states - members of SCO was signed on October 26, 2005. This year Development Bank of Kazakhstan is a Chair Bank of SCOIU.
