/IRBIS, Raushan Tundybayeva, August 25, 08/ - According to IRBIS, the National Bank of Kazakhstan ended the period of August 18 - 22, 2008 on the primary GS market with the following results. At zero volume of maturity, the issuer borrowed KZT65,660.1 m. at one auction. Thus, the weekly net borrowing balance of the National Bank, resulted in plus KZT65,660.1 m. IRBIS estimates the weekly net borrowing balance of all GS issuers at plus KZT71,958.8 m. The "minus" sign in the balance indicator means the indicated sum was withdrawn from the issuer (issuers) budget and remained at investors, the "plus" sign - for the indicated sum means the issuer (issuers) borrowed more than paid.
