Dollar is falling on internal market on inflow of exporters` currency proceeds and regular world decreasing of USD/EUR. As said before, the actual rate of KZT/USD decreased by 4.2 % since the beginning of 2008. Considerable growth of the active payment balance of Kazakhstan in initial 6 months on very high prices on major export commodities exerts an immense pressure on USD rate. We expect further appreciation of the national currency on a day session. The dollar was quoted at 119.69/119.70 at the KASE day session at 12:02 p.m.; last deal was concluded at 119.69.
