Moskommertsbank purchased almost all 2nd-series bonds

/INTERFAX-AFI, Moscow, August 21, 08/ - Moskommertsbank purchased 2,994.999 second series bonds at face value, which makes RUB 1 th., is said in the bank's message. Thus, the issuer purchased almost all second series bonds for RUB2.9 bn. The volume of issue makes RUB3 bn. The bank offered 3 m. bonds at face value of RUB 1 th. on open underwriting on SE of MICEX February 20, 2007. VTB, Dresdner Bank and IC East Capital performed as organizers of offering. Four-year bonds have 8 semiannual coupons. The rates of one coupon were determined at 8.4 %, the rates of 2-3 coupons are equaled to the rate of 1 coupon, the rates of 4-8 coupons are determined by the issuer. Today, bank's first-series bonds for RUB 1bn. and third-series bonds for RUB5 bn. are in circulation. The first issue has matured in December 2008. Moskommertsbank is under control of major Kazakhstan bank - Kazkommertsbank.
