/IRBIS, Raushan Tundybayeva, August 20, 08/ - RESMI Finance & Investment House JSC (Almaty, hereinafter - the company), common shares of which are included in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange's (KASE) category "B" official list, has presented KASE an extract from the minutes of its Board of directors` meeting, dated July 21, 2008. In compliance with mentioned document, Board of directors of the company took following decisions: - to confirm quantity staff of company's Board and its 6 members with term of authorities till August 31, 2011; - to elect the following staff of Board of directors: A. Ospanov (Chairman of Board), M. Dolgiev (Vice-chairman of Board), E. Amankulov, E. Eleshev and A. Tatybaev. [2008-08-20]
