BUILD INVESTMENTS GROUP (Kazakhstan) and Bazoviy Element Holding (Russia) sign memo of understanding

/KASE, August 20, 08/ - BUILD INVESTMENTS GROUP (Astana), bonds of which are traded in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of category "B", provided KASE the press release which says the company has signed a Memorandum of understanding with Russian Investment Holding Bazoviy Element. "One of the first cooperation projects has become a joint enterprise with an affiliated company of Bazoviy Element European concern Strabag - "BI-Strabag", launched in October 2007. The enterprise plans to build auto interchanges and republican and international high ways. In May 2008 "BI-Strabag" won the first stage of tender on building of "Tashkent-Shymkent-Taraz" motor way.
