Nearest oil futures prices surge by 1.17 % - 1.47 % on major world trading floors

/IRBIS, Dinara Mukasheva, August 20, 08/ - By the results of trades of August 19 this year: - on NYMEX (New York) the price of Light Sweet Crude Oil mixture with delivery in September 2008 increased by 1.47 % to $114.53 per barrel; - on ICE (London) price of October Brent Forties Oseburg futures increased by 1.17 % to $113.25 per barrel Oil unexpectedly has grown on dollar fall after USA producers` price index was released. According to the USA Ministry of Labor, index grew by 1.2 % compared to June and by 9.8 % compared to July 2007. This growth is the most significant since June 1981.
