According to the official statistics, in July prices on housing in Kazakhstan decreased by 2.6 % on primary market, by 1.4 % - on the secondary market

The selling prices are given in thousands tenge per one square meter. Such sharp fall connects with the fact that from the base of sites` ads nearly 2500 false advertisements were deleted. According to "Kazakhstan nedvizhimost" average supply price on secondary housing market of Karaganda on July 28 made $669 per square meter or equivalent KZT80.4 th. at the exchange rate.
