On August 8, 2008, the bank within the first option re-purchased 100% stake of the additional issue of its subsidiary shares - PAIMO Grantum Asset Management JSC. Previously the only shareholder of the subsidiary decided to increase the number of announced shares through additional issue of 50 th. common shares; the bank's stake in the additional issue made up 100% to the amount of KZT500 m.
