Primary housing market prices decrease 2.5 % (1.5 % on secondary market) in July 2008

/Statistics Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan, August 8, 08/ -In July 2008 compared with the previous month on the primary housing market the price of one square meter decreased in Almaty - by 7.3 %, Atyrau - 6.5 %, Karaganda - by 3.7 %, Ust-Kamenogorks - 2.7 %,. On the secondary market, reduction in prices over the past month was noted in Semey - 10.7 %, Taraz - 6.8 %, Ust-Kamenogorks - 6.2 %, Uralsk - 4.6 %, Shymkent - 1.2 %, Almaty - 0.2 %. In other cities, no change in price on housing market has been observed.
