/KASE, July 30, 08/ - EURASIAN NATURAL RESOURCES CORPORATION PLC (London) common shares of which are traded in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of category "А" provided KASE with the press release dated July 29, 2008: Quotation start Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation PLC (the Company) notes Kazakhmys PLC acquired 98,607,884 ordinary shares at $0.20 for one share (7.66 % of share capital of the Company) from the Committee for State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. After the acquisition Kazakhmys PLC ownership share of the Company rose from 14.59 % to 22.24 %, as the ownership of the Committee for State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dropped from 19.31 % to 11.65 %.
