/KASE, July 28, 08/ - KazMunaiGas Exploration Production JSC (Astana), common shares of which are traded in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of category "А", notified KASE that the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, scheduled for July 18, 2008 was not held due to absence of quorum. The recurrent extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of KazMunaiGas Exploration Production JSC scheduled for July 19, 2008 was not held for the same reason. [2008-07-28]
