According to the mentioned document shareholders of the company made the following decisions: - to confirm annual consolidated financial statements of the company for 2007; - to confirm the sum of consolidated net loss of the company for the reporting financial year 2007 in amount of KZT203,495,270.00 - not to pay dividends on common shares of the company by results of 2007.
